This is Dr. Yamashita. In her youth she built combat robots to enter into the yearly 'Gladiator' tournaments. Society tried to straighten her out and she now has a medical doctorate in cybernetic augments.
Today though, her old battle-bot making experience is proving most useful. She is currently building the arsenal you will take control of in this game.
Do not disturb her for the time being.
